Clear state after running a query within a transaction.

Prior to this change, when I attempted to use parameters on multiple queries within a transaction would cause an error because the parameters from the first statement would be included with the parameters in the second statement.

Instead of just fixing for parameters, I have cleared anything that only makes sense in the context of one statement.
