Add custom field to new hire information

There is something needed to add is a ID number and employee ID, it would help the hr team to link onboarding results with other systems or candidates lifecycle.

ID number and employee ID are required to generate later a onboarding report.

That would be nice. Some information is needed for other programs that should not necessarily be connected to an integration. A personnel number, for example.
