Add option to show all shortcuts for each command

A boolean config option has been added. This config option allows all keyboard shortcuts to be displays (not just the first one for each command).

Sorry for the delay on this, and thanks for the PR! There are a few weird things on this though, which I have a feeling is related to being based off an older commit. I'll make a few notes in the code specifically

Hi there @chieffancypants , I suspect that my PR got out of step with the master, and suggested changes that weren't actually made.

I've updated the code in the PR, and believe it now contains only the changes necessary to provide "show all shortcuts" functionality.
