Add installer in scoop

A package with chocolatey would be my preference, even though scoop is better.

A windows store package to be able to use winget would be nice, but that's a bit of a tall ask.

I see Buzz has package on winget

winget install ChidiWilliams.Buzz

I am open to having alternate installers and packages in other package managers as well, creating and maintaining another is not a priority for me personally, but I would be happy to see contribution of such package. At some later time I may have time to look into this myself as well.

Will close this for now. winget should be a good alternative, maybe at some later point we return to this and add also scoop
