Differenciate between male and female

Original Glossika only mentions one. Maybe we could split the senteces having a male and female audio version. Or would could select the gender at the beginning of the course.

This would be for custom-built courses, so isn't really applicable for the time being. If we get some custom courses made it's something i'll consider adding.
