TKEY Frame

I am not able to read the TKEY frame

According to the specification: 4.2.3 TKEY Initial key: https://id3.org/id3v2.4.0-frames

the TKEY is there, but not on the ID3TagEditor package. Is this something you can add?

Hi @levalencia,

At the Moment that frame is not supported, but is should be quote straightforward to add. Do you want to try to contribute? If not i will try to add the frame in the next week a.

I implemented the TKEY frame in #110 . I will merge this tomorrow and publish a new release.
