Improve category hierarchy with "other" sub-category
Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. When a category has sub-categories, the counts of the children do not always add up to the parent count. This is because not all items in the category are mapped to a sub-category. As a user, I can't see the subset of children not in a sub-category without seeing everything.
Describe the solution you'd like Display an "Other" category under each "leaf" child node on the category hierarchy. List all items in the category that aren't in a sibling sub-category within that parent. Hide if count is zero. Also, don't allow a category to be named "Other" in the admin category management page.
Describe alternatives you've considered continue as is and force user to review all items in the category
