Admin - Overdue Queue / Renewing Checked Out Items

This isn't necessarily that complicated.. unless we're definitely implementing the "prevent a member from putting things on Hold if they've already got something past due".. then we need to think that story out first before writing this one.

The gist is that an Admin would need an easy way to see all of the overdue items (or an easy way to search back through past appointments?) and then be able to click a button to "Renew" a member's borrowing time. Let's assume the default would be an additional 1 weeks worth of time. The item would now not be overdue until this new timer has expired.
