Adding localization

Hello! Your tutorial seemed quite interesting to me, but I don't speak English well, and I have an idea: connect a localization library (for example, a i18next) and after that, maybe someone will want to contribute in other languages (I would try to help with Russian) . What do you think? This is very useful considering that most typescript material is in English.
