Investigate if we can synchronize the 'watch history' and 'watch later' playlists

The YouTube API doesn't allow accessing these 2 playlists, but youtube-dl can access them by scraping the web pages.

It would be nice to be able to synchronize with these 2 playlists.

Depends on #5.
