Hi-C mode about the allotetraploid

Hi, developers I have a question that I would like to ask you. I am assembling an allotetraploid genome (AABB), using the Hi-C mode and obtaining two haplotypes (hap1 and hap2). Are these two haplotypes derived from the parents (one hap is AA and the other hap is BB)? Looking forward to your reply very much, thank you.
