Pore-C support?

Hello,

I was wondering whether there are any plans to incorporate support for Pore-C data instead of HiC for phasing? I assume the multiway contacts and longer fragment lengths would be in theory much more informative?

We are sequencing an inbred species with a giant 30+ Gbp genome and I assume that if their rDNA/centromeres/etc are proportionally longer, then this kind of data would be the only way to get to T2T? Or do you think this is achievable with only HiFi + deep ONT ultra long R10 data?
