Question "--primary"

Hello,

Thank you for the nice software,

It is not really an issue, I just have a small question. Is there a difference between the file "*.asm.bp.p_utg.gfa" generated without the --primary option, and the primary assembly that would be generated with the --primary option ?

In other words I used hifiasm without "--primary" to get a primary assembly, should I rerun hifiasm using "--primary" ?

*p_utg.gfa should be exactly the same. But rerun with the --primary on top of bin files should be also very quick.
