Purge error in log file

Hi, I am trying to assembly wild barley genome. In my initial run, I used default settings, the run finished. As an input i have used ccs fasta file. However, I noticed error message into the log file. i couldnt able to understand it. Here is the log file.

is it just a warning or do i need to use purge dups option and run again. Try to guide me with it.

Are there obvious issues in the output contigs? It is a warning so usually just ignores it.

Actually i am using hifiasm for the first time. I didnt find any issue into output contig but just with this error a little surprised.
