[FEATURE REQUEST] A fuzzy search in Setting and Macro Window

It is very hard to navigate to previously created items , in the shortcut / main setting part it is still possible to have an hierarchy and find them, but i marco section navigation is very limited and you have to scroll the whole thing to find something.

Describe the solution you'd like A clear and concise description of what you want to happen.

Just add a filter at the top that reduce the options that don't match the regex
