[BUG] Cannot capture to file

Describe the bug I cannot use the quickadd capture feature. I received this error:

QuickAdd: (ERROR) The file /Users/mr.h/Library/Mobile Documents/iCloud~com~logseq~logseq/Documents/journals/{{DATE}}.md does not exist and "Create file if it doesn't exist" is disabled.

I set the vault of Obsidian as the folder of Logseq in the iCloud drive.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Create a capture for a note
2. Set open, focus new pane, capture format - {{VALUE}}
3. Trigger capture using command pallette

Expected behavior To be able to log tasks to an arbitrary file in the vault.
