[BUG] Obsidian "Default location for new notes" is ignored

Describe the bug Value in Default location for new notes is ignored and new notes created with quick add are created in vault root

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to settings
2. Create new quick add action
3. Select template, and leave all other settings as default
4. Run command
5. Note created in vault root

Expected behavior Note is created in Default location for new notes, in my case, it is same folder as current file

Desktop (please complete the following information):

• OS: Mac os 13.6.2
• Obsidian v1.4.16
• Quick add 1.6.0
