[FEATURE REQUEST] Define a global variable

**Is your feature request related to a problem? ** I've created a list of choices for projekt, e.g. {{VALUE:Project1,Project2,Project3,Project4}}. This i use quite often for meeting notes, project log, tasks, etc. Every time I add or remove a project, I have to go through all my different QuickAdds and also Template Files and update this list

Describe the solution you'd like A global variable which is valid for all choices, captures, templates etc. --> see attached proposal

Any other recommondations or workarounds are welcome :) Thanks in advance!
