[FEATURE REQUEST] unify the UI of capture and template about the folder

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. If you look at the below screenshots you will see that the UI of template and capture are different regarding the file location. The template one allows you to select the destination folder in a separate section with autocompletion and those niceties. However, when capturing you must specify the full path, opening the possibility of making mistakes when typing the path.

Describe the solution you'd like I want the same folder selection UI in the capture modal, just like what we have in the template one
