[FEATURE REQUEST] 'capture to active file' AND 'insert after' for capture

Hi,

My issue is a simple one: For a 'capture' item, if I toggle the 'Capture to active file' option, I no longer have the option of a 'Insert after' option. I have a use-case where this would be useful, and I don't see any particular reason why 'Insert after' wouldn't be possible when capturing to the active file (unless I'm missing something..)

Is this possible somehow?

Love the plugin, and am just starting to figure out how to use it more.
