[BUG] The spaces in the document uri are not encoded

According to Collect Parameters | Obsidian Advanced URI, the spaces in the uri must be encoded, otherwise the command cannot be executed correctly.

The uri in AHK_OpenQuickAddFromDesktop should be changed to obsidian://advanced-uri?vault=<YOUR_VAULT_NAME>&commandname=QuickAdd:%20Run%20QuickAdd.

In addition, if the Obsidian Advanced URI is installed, the main Obsidian window is automatically activated when the URI is run (even if Obsidian is not started), so the script only needs to run the uri and the user does not need to assign an additional shortcut to QuickADD in Obsidian.
