Quick add: Capture to adds text in current file

Describe the bug When I execute Quick Add, and type the {{VALUE}} in Vietnamese, I hit enter and it would create a new file but the typed {{VALUE}} is also added the current file

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Execute Quick Add: Capture to
2. Type in different language input than US (Vietnamese, Japanese, ...)
3. Only hit enter / return. (It's working fine if I click on OK)
4. See error: the typed words also appear in the current file causing a mess

Expected behavior It should perform other language input as US input
