[BUG] Nothing happens when clicking Cog in the Configure: Macro Manager

Describe the bug I added a user script to the macro manager, and would like to click the cog so I can add the API for the Google Books script: https://github.com/Elaws/script_googleBooks_quickAdd But nothing happens, so I can't enter the API key To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. QuickAdd Settings
2. Manage Macros
3. Configure User Macro
4. Hit Cog to add API key
5. nothing happens

Expected behavior A clear and concise description of what you expected to happen.
