Commands doesn't update sometimes

Describe the bug

when i rearrange Quickadd's in the menu it doesn't register when I want to run it although its shown correctly in the quickadd's settings. and restarting the obsidian causes it to revert to old arrangement even in the setting menu instead of fixing it.
