[BUG] Capturing using {{DATE:FORMAT}}: file not found

Describe the bug I am trying to create a capture to my Daily Note, using the {{DATE:FORMAT}} option, but QuickAdd says that the file doesn't exist even when it does.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Capture > Add Choice
2. Under file name: eg Journal/{{DATE:YYYY.MM.D dddd D MMMM}}
3. Activate the QuickAdd
4. See error

(there is also an entry for the day I tried to run the QuickAdd)

Expected behavior QuickAdd should add to the existing Daily Note, which exists.
