Genome Builder Editor Scrolling/Panning, Zooming

Figure positioning and zooming is currently not possible. Scrolling is also currently impossible due to width/height limitations from AngularPlasmid. Use should be able to pan and zoom.

Another issue: Adjusting radius and BP interval with little arrows is pretty glitchy, and mostly not working. Best way to adjust those are inputting new numbers and pressing enter

In what way is it glitchy?

If I click and hold the radius up arrow, for example starting at 120 and end up at 150, the radius sometimes only updates to 121.

That's bizarre. Those are plain HTML inputs.
