libChewing on macPorts is not the latest.

目前 LibChewing 在 MacPorts 上只有 0.5.1 版。 我原本懷疑是否直接將版本號改成 0.6.0 再 PR 過去就行了…… ……但又意識到現在的 libChewing 是 Rust 構建的 library。 只是直接改版本號的話，新的 library 的建置過程有沒有變化我也不知道。 所以我還是別亂搞了，在這裡留個 issue ticket 看看有誰知道怎麼改。

0.6.0 用的還是 C 不是 Rust，但是改成用 CMake 了
