Clean-up unused files from repository

Several files are not used anymore or has replacements

  • libchewing.spec.in -- CPack can also generate rpm packages
  • scripts/git2cl -- we don't use GNU style changelog anymore
  • scripts/lcov.sh -- use grcov or codecov report instead
  • cmake/FindCurses.cmake -- natively supported by CMake
  • .travis-ci.yaml

We should also have documents for each tasks.
