No Style Settings option for Base Font Color

Love the dark theme's white on the darkest of blues, and would love to mirror that on the light theme instead of using its harsh default black on white.

I'm assuming it can be changed under the various Style Settings > Custom Fonts settings, but I'm not sure where in the order for each font formatting the color should go, or if it should replace one of the parameters.
