Strings were taken out as resources and English translation was added.

I have moved all texts in the resources files. After that I have tried to create English translation, but it is not so good because I do not speak Proteges.

(will refrain from merging until I or someone else can review the strings, so it doesn't inadvertently goes to Play Store without that. But it's 👍, thank you)

As mentioned in #19, this became out of sync; so I'll be closing for now (will likely rekindle the idea in the future when the big changes for multiplayer and non-phone devices mature a bit). Thanks again for PR-ing!
