Missing license

Due to the lack of a license at the project, I do not know if it can be used in a commercial way. Any license would clarify this issue. So far, I must assume that I can't.

I've tried relateiq/docker-kafka#6 since 2015.

There is barely any forked code remaining, when I have a half-day to rewrite what's left and tag builds for recent Kafka releases, I'll apply a (liberal) license.
