According to https://www.winkbingo.com/blog/how-to-play-90-ball-bingo, 90-ball bingo in played in a 9x3 grid, each of the 9 columns to include 0-9 + 10*(column index). The 9th column for some reason includes 90 as well.

Apparently popular in the UK. Suggested by James S.
