new Bulma field syntax

I noticed that fields are now wrapped with .field divs to handle things like field addons, see:

http://bulma.io/documentation/elements/form/

So the code from the above page for things like icons and horizontal field placement don't work with the current version of Vue Blu.

Are you updading Vue Blu to the latest version of Bulma? I'm happy as it is, but if you do change I know I'll have to update my templates to match the new wrapper syntax for things like fields (and there's probably other things).

@stvnmoon I don't think he did, and I don't think it would work without @chenz24 updating the various Vue Blu component HTML markup.

@Youdaman, now that I re-read his comment, I agree with you. Yes, updating to 0.4.0 is not a trivial task.
