shr-next-link and shr-prev-link does not work

Getting back from #19

Consult commands is fixed.

But shr-next-link which hover the point to next link does not work when using shrface.

This is necessary as I can easily point to next link easily by binding it to 'M-n'.

If not I have to do 'C-n C-n Cf...' so on.

Let me know if I have missed something or if there is another way to deal with it.
