PHP7.4下一点小问题

如题，在IIS+PHP7.4下安装，提示PHP Deprecated: Function get_magic_quotes_gpc() is deprecated。 请问如何解决呢？

烦请使用apache或nginx作为web服务器，目前没有IIS环境，无法测试。

修改install/index.php中get_magic_quotes_gpc这里为 !define('MAGIC_QUOTES_GPC',ini_set("magic_quotes_runtime",0)?True:False 7.4用这个还会有新问题的。后面出了状况再说。
