At the meeting this morning we had some concerns about the new file with the single string in it. Should this sort of thing really be part of Path Sanity?

You should never edit TS files directly: those are generated via CrowdIn (our translation tool). Any manual changes here will be lost.
I see you've kept the QtWebEngine dependencies in there -- was that intentional? Also, we shouldn't need python3-markdown or python3-git anymore either.

@adrianinsaval LibPack 3.1 is now released, and has pybind11 in it (and no boost-python). I'm going to clean up the conflicts and try to get this mergeable.
