Print formatting

Hi, thanks for the code to this project, should fill a gap for us as to publishing this documentation officially for our public apis! The swagger stuff is great but we need the actual documents for each version still and cant leave swagger enabled in a release build.

However, it would be cool/useful if the application would create some kind of printing markup, to prevent page breaks through tables etc. if you look at the demo/sample html provided on the readme.md, the print view breaks many of the tables in half cross-page.

Hi, @WattsC-90 , I'm not sure I have time for this. If you can submit a pull request to prevent page breaks, that would be great.

And what if a table is really long? In this case do you like the table still in a single page ?
