Support namespaces

I absolutely want to use this as a demonstration while teaching Kubernetes, however, I would prefer not to kill innocent pods. Having the ability to limit the effects to a single or a group of namespaces would be awesome!

This fork laoshancun/lens-ext-invaders support Lens 6.0 and add namespace selector.
