Feature request: please use Chapter Titles to name the mhtml Files

Thank you very much for this great Addon!

SafariOnline is a pain and you help to make it useful.

Actually, the mhtml files are named like this: ch010-ch03.mhtml

It would be great if you could use the Chapter Titles for naming the files,

so that we get for example: Ch 14, Construction Builder.mhtml
