grub4efi 2021-10-21 spaces removed from command line cause error

Same issue as grub4dos

Please do not remove spaces from command line or batch files lines or menu lines. This makes it incompatible with all other versions of grub4dos and grub4efi

echo FRED (spaces after text) and set A=FRED (spaces after text) also do not work
