在新建好的节点上重新添加etcd角色的时候etcd名字未检测必填，导致备份etcd时报错

新建节点时etcd名字为必填，这种情况下安装是没问题的。 但是建好一个节点后，再给它添加etcd角色，此时名字就没要求必须命名，安装完毕后，进入备份etcd，执行报错，提示：'etcd_member_name' is undefind
