NUS data

What about NUS data for 2D? We are using on 5 of our machines routinely NUS for 2D experiments. I can understand that re-creating serial files from NUS files may be an obstacle, but maybe there is a work-around? If I do create the processed 2D in TopSpin and with the commands xht1, xht2 (the Hilbert transformation for getting phaseable 2D data) get phaseable data, can we use the resulting data set? I would be kind of devastating if we could not (maybe by running first locally some scripts on our data) a hand on the NUS data, because that is what runs on literally all of our machines. Is there any suggestion?

At the moment there is no code to handle NUS data, do you have an example I could try to read it

synth_2021-F2-2D.zip Hello Alejandro, this is an example containing an HSQC, HMBC and COSY with NUS recording. I also know that NMRpipe has a NUS handling (https://www.ibbr.umd.edu/nmrpipe/nus.html). Here are the 2D files as jcamp export synth_2021-F2-2D-j.zip

So far, I am still busy with my new classes, but I came across this paper: https://onlinelibrary.wiley.com/doi/10.1002/mrc.4796 - not sure that this is really useful, because they implement their own NUS handling for acquisition, too
