Terpene and overlapping spectra

Open lpatiny opened this issue 3 months ago • 0 comments

In some cases, there is a lot of overlap between signals, and in 1D, there is no way to assign and identify the protons.

So you have a big 'm' and you cannot assign precisely.

However, if you have the corresponding HMBC / HSQC, you may be able to distinguish the different protons from the 2D experiments and should be able to create different signals in this range.

We should think about a way from the 2D to create signals in 1D and assign them.
