Reference deconvolution based on TMS

Silicon has an isotope that has a spin of 1/2 and the TMS is not a singulet.

@gfpauli could you provide us a high-resolution file that shows this effect.

I think I shared 60 MHz data with this previously. Here is a 600 MHz data set in CDl3 with TMS, showing everything is full resolution. Data sets with bad shimming and bad TMS peak patterns are "everywhere" and can serve as test cases for reference deconvolution.
