slicing tool should adapt the slice with respect to the zoom region

when we make a slicing over all the 2D spectrum, we can see perfectly all the peaks projections over F2 and F1 but if the user select a region of the spectrum, the scale of the slices are the same than the full spectrum, so for region with smaller 2D signal the slicing tool is currently does not show nothing as you can see:
