Parsing DOSY and pseudo 2D

We need to be able to load T1, T2, DOSY experiments encoded in a 2D.

  • [x] currently we split pseudo2D from T1 measurement experiment from bruker jcamp (including vdlist) and folder (t1ir pulse sequence). Also recently we split pseudo 2D T1 measurement jcamp (RAW data) from Nanalysis brand.
  • [x] DOSY processed data are correctly loaded.
  • [ ] T2 measurement is still missing
  • [ ] DOSY raw data is loaded as a 2D yet
