An exact match search on compound does not bring up the exact match result as the first report card

When I search using an exact match "DEXAMETHASONE", twelve compound report cards are returned, but the first (ie top left hand) report card should be the result of the exact match - currently a different result is returned as the first match, with the second card being the correct result.

I also don't understand why the summary information in the Compound Report Card sometimes gives 'Synonyms', sometimes gives 'Records Name', sometimes gives 'Records Key' or sometimes gives 'Unichem ID' on the second row - see attached screenshot.
