Graph obfuscates dropdown menu items

If on https://www.ebi.ac.uk/chembl/g/#browse/drugs, I first click on the 'Cell' filter on the left-hand side, and the on the graph icon, I see an empty plot, with the 'X axis', 'Y axis' and 'Colour by' dropdowns clearly visible at the top. However, if I do the opposite: first select the graph icon, and then click on the 'Cell' filter on the left-hand side, I also see that same empty plot but now it covers the 'X axis', 'Y axis' and 'Colour by' dropdowns almost entirely (Tested it on Chrome).

Actually this graph never seems to show anything - are one or more of the properties missing on the drug view?
