Count distinct entities rather than number of rows on Browse Activities view

From the activities view, you can only 'Browse compounds' (or targets, assays, documents etc) if there are less than 1024 rows. But can't this be based on the number of distinct entities?

E.g., if you select sildenafil (CHEMBL192) and sildenafil citrate (CHEMBL1737) and 'Browse Activities' you get 1487 activities and can't then 'Browse compounds'. This is annoying since there are only 2 compounds.
