Standardise display of compound names vs synonyms

We should be more consistent about how we display names vs synonyms e.g., on Drugs view we only show synonyms (there might not be any) but not pref_name (which they should all have), whereas on Compound cards view we show only the name, but on Compound table view both name and synonyms.

Also should think about whether to show synonym type (e.g., INN/USAN etc) - currently we distinguish trade names on the Compound report card but not other synonym types.
